Policies/Termserms

Payment Terms:
Orders less than $2,000 require payment in full by credit card prior to production. Orders greater than $2,000 require 50% deposit by credit card prior to production with the remaining due net 15 days by check or credit card.

Return Policy:
Due to the highly personalized nature of these products, all sales are final. Prior to production of your order, you are emailed a proof of your order which includes one name from the recipient list you provided, along with the logo provided. Your response to this email approves your job for full production, and as such, you agree to pay in full by the payment terms set herein.

• Q:  How do I prepare my data for my order?

• Q:  Does the calendar have to start with January?
  A:  No.  Simply select the starting month during ordering or within the shopping cart.

• Q:  Can I add additional months to my calendar?
  A:  Yes.  You can add up to 6 additional months. Call us for pricing.

• Q:  Does my order have to have ALL of the same image sets?
  A:  No.  And we're happy to do this for no additional fee. Just indicate which individual gets which calendar image set in your database that you supply to us.

• Q:  Can I create my own custom image set from the images of shown in your other calendars?
  A:  Yes.  There is a $135.00 (Q) charge.

• Q:  Can my calendar have special dates?
  A:  Yes.  Call us for pricing.

• Q:  Do I have to have a First Name and Last Name?
  A:  No.  However, not all images display the First and Last Name.  Some images only display the First Name.

• Q:  Do all of the images display the First Name and Last Name?
  A:  No.  Some images only display the First Name.

• Q:  Can I use my own images?
  A:  These images are meticulously designed with personalization in mind.  Call us and we will be happy to discuss the possibility.

  A:  You bet!
